the court or authority’s current translation instructions,
destination, and deadline. Acceptance is determined by the
recipient, so its requirements should be confirmed before
work begins.

Send complete, readable copies for review, including all
pages, stamps, handwritten notes, and any content on the
reverse side. If something is unclear or missing, a better
copy may be needed before the scope can be finalized.
